Stew Leonard’s, a family-owned and operated fresh food store founded in 1969, has locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop. Seafood Host/Hostess: Seasonal Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.75 to $18.75 depending on qualifications and experience Must be at least 18 years and older Position Description: Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and aid by answering specific product questions, offering recommendations, packaging and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar. Host/Hostess are responsible for making hot buttered lobster rolls either in the Seafood department or in our hoedown.
