Director, Market Lead, Global Oil and Gas

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. - Customer-facing experience running engagements with clients (e.g., consulting, project management, sales, implementation or technical sales). - Experience with information technology and computer systems that support enterprise goals (including exposure to Cloud technologies and machine learning). Preferred qualifications: - MBA degree. - 10 years of executive leadership experience. - Experience operating in a global role/on a global scale. - Digital transformation experience within a major oil and gas or comparable organization. - Deep knowledge of industrial (OT) systems and processes. - Demonstrated innovation credentials and thought-leadership for transformational issues within the oil and gas industry.
