POSITION SUMMARY: The Amine Treating Facility Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of an amine treating facility within a midstream oil and gas operation. This position supervises operators and technicians involved in gas treating, H2S and Co2 sulfur removal, dehydration, compression, and associated plant processes. The Supervisor ensures the facility consistently meets production targets, gas quality specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise day-to-day operations of the amine treating facility, including gas sweetening, dehydration, compression, and related process equipment. - Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate facility operators and maintenance personnel. - Monitor plant performance, throughput, and gas quality to ensure treated gas meets pipeline specifications. - Coordinate startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and emergen...
