Primary Purpose: Provide technical services to assigned industry customers for the purpose of sales growth. Promote distinction between Univar and our competitors by using a technical consultative approach to needs based evaluations of the technology utilized by customers. Adapt and implement on a local basis, the national product strategies and services as written by the Industry Director. Assist field sellers and industry team members with joint calls. Identify which Univar technological product best suits the customer’s applications and develop strategies to promote customers’ adaptation and or conversion to Univar products. Builds profitable sales, employing a consultative approach. Develops and maintains a long-term partnership with customers by using industry expertise.
