At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for an Employee Journey Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Employee Journey Expert to join our HR team within the new Hubs Spain (based in Madrid). The responsibility of this person will be collaborating with the rest of the HR team to bring to life a differentiating employee experience. Will apply expertise in needs analysis and journey mapping, aim at improving the employee experience across the employee life-cycle by improving effectiveness, quality and speed of delivery, while ensuring to be compliant and cost-efficient Your key responsibilities: As an Employee Journey Expert you will: - Manage onboarding and offboarding ensuring timely and proper compliance with Social Security and the SEPE of employees.
