Rate of Pay: £17.20 per hour. What You’ll Do: As a Cold store Team Leader, you will: Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring performance, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. Oversee and coordinate daily operations in the coldstore, including the pick operation — prior experience in picking processes is essential.
