This position combines instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven management to provide employees with the technical and process knowledge essential for achieving world-class semiconductor measurement. Role and Responsibilities: Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Administer a multi-faceted training program that incorporates instructor-led training, computer-based training, and practical skill demonstration to achieve desired certification. Create and manage training schedules, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the department.
