This position, in collaboration with patient, family, and health care team, will provide direct and indirect nursing care of the patient utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse according to the following work systems/functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Certification issued by state where services will be performed: MD : Certified Nursing Assistant through the Maryland Department of Health OH : Nurse's Aide through the Ohio Department of Health PA : Nurse's Aide through the Pennsylvania Department of Health WV : Nurse's Aide Certification through the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources 3.
