Working Hours/Days Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, weekend and additional hours as required. Overview: Power the data centers, hospitals, and other mission‑critical facilities that can’t afford downtime. As a Shop Supervisor , you’ll lead the frontline team responsible for assembling the generator packages and support equipment that keep customers online when it matters most. In this role, you’ll balance people leadership, safety, and execution —coordinating daily shop operations, aligning schedules to customer commitments, and ensuring equipment, tooling, and fleet assets are ready to perform. You’ll be the connective tissue between technicians, operations leadership, and customers: removing obstacles, enforcing standards, and building a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement within a union environment.
