People Operations Coordinator Orlando, FL (On-Site – 5 Days/Week) Biller Genie is looking for an People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our People function, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys staying organized, supporting others, and building the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a company running. What You’ll Do: - Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish - Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS, personnel files, etc.) - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions - Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and general support - Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data - Help coordinate performance review cycles, training sessions, and internal HR programs - Supp...
