Job Description Summary Unison Engine Components - Bucharest S.A. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily operations through the employee lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Description: Job Responsibilities: - Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects. - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
