As a leader in home health care, we help kids achieve their best lives at home and in their communities while providing our employees a fun and rewarding place to work. - Position: Inventory Analyst - Location: Minnesota, Texas and Florida - Hours: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) THE POSITION: - Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and demand patterns to ensure optimal stock levels - Identify risks such as shortages, excess, or obsolete inventory and take proactive action - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs (inventory turns, fill rates, aging, etc.) - Develop and refine forecasting models to support planning and budgeting - Partner cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, and clinical/logistics teams - Lead root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements - Support audits and ensure inventory accuracy across systems - Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory strategy and forecasting QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equi...
