Child and Family Focus has full-time, salaried, Bachelor's level Case Manager positions available in Montgomery County that give our teams autonomy and flexibility in a clinically rich environment, with the support of experienced leaders. Child and Family Focus's Family Based Services assign a team of one Master level clinician and one Bachelor level case manager to work closely with clients in the home, school and community to address the child’s emotional struggles as well as the larger systemic issues contributing to troublesome behavior. The flexibility of meeting young people and families within the home and the community allows therapists the address the root of the struggles and create long-term positive change. Responsibilities: - Work in two-person clinical teams to deliver quality family therapy and resource coordination. - Use creative ways to engage young people and their family members to address complex family-systems issues - Maintain a caseload of 6 to 8 young people (ages 4-18) and their family members - Attend training in Eco-Systemic Famil...
