Position Location: Belle Chasse, LA: Principal Responsibilities: Workforce Management/Support: - Maintain accurate crew databases, crew boards, and all related documentation. - Support crew members and foster strong working relationships with mariners. - Support payroll close activities and maintain accurate trip records. - Monitor KPIs (crew utilization, travel, retention) and identify improvement opportunities. - Conduct vessel visits to maintain crew engagement and alignment.
