Executive Assistant (Engineering) Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Redondo Beach: Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 / year Description: As the Executive Assistant of Engineering at Impulse you will support the SVP of Engineering and VP of Assembly, Integration & Testing. You will operate as a force multiplier for senior engineering leaders, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution across a complex, hardware-driven environment. You’ll work closely with engineers, program managers, recruiting, and operations to keep the organization running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars across two senior engineering leaders Coordinate recurring meeting cadences: - Staff meetings (multiple team segments) - 1:1s with direct reports - Department all-hands and leadership meetings - Optimize time allocation and meeting effectiveness - Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teams - Facilitate communication and alignment across functions - Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives - Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with short timelines - Manage on-site logistics for visitors, ca...
