Role and Responsibilities At Easyfairs, we serve communities to bring them a vision of their future, foster connections and offer a life-changing experience. Main tasks of the intern: Your role will comprise of boosting Easyfairs’s companywide market intelligence on about the communities we serve, and you will be responsible for and/or participate in projects, such as: Screening potential M&A targets in strategic markets & industries. Assess the opportunities to diversify the Easyfairs product portfolio Build company profiles on those M&A targets, including shareholder structure, topline financials, activity overview Write a recommendation and deal rationale about M&A opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data. Assist in financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets. Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders regarding M&A findings and strategic insights. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
