Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

We’re seeking a proactive Junior AP Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll support day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensure accurate booking of transactions, and help the team deliver month-end close activities. Responsibilites: Requierements: - Booking and processing bank and supplier transactions accurately and timely. - Managing payment proposals and executing payment runs according to company policy. - Processing invoices and supporting documents using OCR and other automation tools. - Reconciling and analysing account balances; investigating and resolving discrepancies. - Supporting month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting for the team. - Handling finance mailbox enquiries and liaising with internal departments and suppliers. - Assisting team members with routine AP tasks and improvements. - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field - Practical experience with MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering). - Good command of English and fluency in Polish. - Eagerness to learn and develop technical accounting skills. - Analytical mindset wi...
