Job description

This position assists customers, potential customers, and staff by directing and handling all types of inquiries via in person or incoming phone calls. This position also directs traffic in the lobby to the appropriate area of the bank building. Primary Duties: - Greet customers entering the building, determine needs, and notify appropriate bank personnel of customers’ needs and route customers to the appropriate area or department. - Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and service-oriented manner. - Assist with Safe Deposit box customers. - Prepare and maintain all of the daily required fresh supply of coffee and cookies (where applicable). Preparation and maintaining includes washing and sanitizing of coffee pots, cookie pans, serving trays and utensils, etc. - Maintain cleanliness and supplies in the lobby and waiting area. - Accept deliveries in accordance with bank policy and ensures they are routed properly. - Supply rate sheets for customer service area. - Perform a variety of general support duties such as typing, filing, collating, envelope stuffing, etc. - Order branch supplies. - Provide Notary services.
