About the role The Asset Portfolio Investment Manager is responsible for leading the strategic management and optimisation of TransGrid’s prescribed asset investment portfolio across both capital and operational expenditure. This role ensures that investment decisions across the existing network are commercially sound, technically robust, and aligned with risk, reliability, and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of portfolio-level planning, investment prioritisation, and program optimisation, balancing Capex, Opex, risk, and lifecycle performance outcomes. Working across a complex matrix environment, you will partner closely with Asset directors, Finance, Engineering, Delivery, and Executive stakeholders to shape and deliver the annual Program of Work and long-term investment strategy. About you: You are a commercially astute and technically credible asset or infrastructure leader with deep experience across the full asset lifecycle.
