Description Part-time Leasing Consultant with availability to work full days on weekends, The Leasing Consultant is responsible for supporting all leasing efforts at a new multifamily lease-up community. This role is critical to achieving occupancy and revenue goals during the initial stabilization period. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our communities, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing creative marketing strategies, and consistently closing tours with signed leases. Your high standards and proactive communication will ensure every prospect and resident receives the best possible experience. You will work at Reflections Apartments our recently renovated property located in Southwest DC near the Wharf & Nationals Stadium. This property features 160 unit Class - A property, with amenities including modern luxury finishes, private courtyard, a fitness center, pet play area and reserved parking. This property will be opening in March 2026. In addition you will be responsible for Artline Apartments, our adjacent 187 Class - A unit , our modern newly developed residential property.
