This position requires a deep understanding of the college’s mission, values, and educational programs while also having effective communication and relationship-building skills. This role has the opportunity to coach, mentor, inspire, and build up a team of Recruiting Specialists to assist prospective Charis Bible College students with a spirit of excellence, professionalism, and proficiency. This position is responsible for researching new avenues to recruit students and is focused on recruiting students to all Charis programs and campuses, increasing enrollment.
