Materials Planning Team Leader About the Role: Join our Planning & Logistics HUB in Barcelona and take the lead in shaping how materials planning drives service excellence. As Material Planning Team Leader , you will guide a team of Materials Planners, ensuring strong execution, continuous improvement and talent development, while staying close to day‑to‑day operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will combine people management, stakeholder collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to secure materials availability at the right place, time and cost. What You Will Do: Drive materials planning excellence: Apply and embed standard Materials Planning best practices defined by the PLEx team across the Hub. Lead and develop people: Manage, coach and grow a team of Materials Planners, fostering accountability, engagement and high performance.
