What You'll Be Doing: As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and empower Area Team Leaders to drive a safe, high performing and continuous improvement focused culture. Your leadership ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products, produced efficiently, on time and with optimal cost control. In this role you champion teamwork, elevate standards across safety, people, quality and production, and contribute to a workplace where everyone is supported to grow, innovate and run the operation as if it were their own.
