Job description

Job Purpose: Leading the global sales and business development team, the primary focus is to drive revenue growth, deepen customer partnerships, and expand the market presence of the Casix portfolio. Working closely with operations, R&D, and other key stakeholders to effectively achieve business objectives. In addition, the Senior Director of WW Business Development/Casix is responsible for developing a market strategy that focuses the team on the right markets and accounts to grow the business over the next 5 years. This includes identifying and winning new business opportunities for Casix and developing customer relationships for long term partnerships for both Casix and Fabrinet. The Senior Director of BD will use market research to identify the marketshare gains required in the traditional markets (Telecom/Laser) as well as establish a roadmap for new markets and new customers.
