Description The Interior Designer is responsible for executing key portions of the interior design scope and leading designated workstreams for luxury residential projects under the direction of a Project Interior Designer, Senior Interior Designer, or Design Manager. This role combines detailed project coordination with progressively elevated client engagement, a commitment to design excellence, and financial awareness to help deliver exceptional interior environments aligned with Blue Heron’s architectural vision and design philosophy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or co-lead interior design efforts for assigned projects or standard scopes from concept through documentation and implementation. - Conceptualize and present sophisticated interior design solutions that align with the client’s vision, lifestyle, and Blue Heron’s architectural and brand standards. - Establish and carry a cohesive design narrative across all interior spaces. - Curate, specify, and coordinate luxury materials, finishes, FF&E, textiles, and bespoke detailing. - Review and redline drawings and specifications. - Ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with interior design intent. - Lead or co-l...
