Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatric Department: Pediatric Rehab Services Job Description: General Summary Demonstrates advanced clinical skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for complex speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Interprets complex provider referrals and evaluates patients with advanced or multifaceted speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Ensures compliance with system-wide, local, state, and federal regulatory requirements by applying relevant standards and best practices. Educates patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and strategies for home management.
