Lead Developer, SitaWare Insight – Defence AI platform Shape the future of military decision-making with AI. As Lead Developer for our SitaWare Insight team in Copenhagen, you will shape a platform that transforms raw data into actionable intelligence — and set the technical direction for the development team. The job: SitaWare Insight is our AI-powered decision support platform, combining advanced data storage, real-time analytics and machine learning capabilities. It processes vast intelligence from across domains and delivers it to commanders at every echelon. You will be the technical anchor of our Copenhagen Insight Scrum team, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Your role sits at the intersection of hands-on development, technical leadership and cross-team architecture, with some of your time spent on hands-on coding and code reviews, and the majority focused on guiding how the platform evolves.
