Matrix Providers is hiring a Dentist to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exam in Medford, OR. - Employment Status: PRN, Independent Contractor - Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly. - Schedule: Two Days a Month (every other week) Wednesdays preferred. 2 half days optional - Benefits: Competitive financial package Requirements: The Dentist (DMD/DDS) must have the following requirements: - Degree: Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). - Education: Graduate from an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA). A specialty Dentist must graduate from a dental specialty training program that the CODA of the ADA or an accepted equivalent program accredits. - Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted license in the specialty field of M.D. or D.O. for your employment. - Certification: Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing s...
