Your day to day: - Partner with the HR Head of/Director, HR VP, and business leaders to create and activate the business unit implementation strategy for core HR programs that positively impact each stage of the employee lifecycle. - Manage organizational effectiveness by consulting with leaders on key aspects of organizational design, talent planning, and change management. - Influence and embed the people agenda to clearly articulate strategy, key deliverables and influence action and compliance in the business. - Act as an influential and credible HR leader within your immediate and greater HR team, providing support, follow up, and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired results. - Align with the global & regional COEs to embed strategies and initiatives that support the business. - Advise and consult with senior management for assigned functions on performance, organizational and leadership matters. - Ensure a culture of high performance where exceptional talent is developed and retained, and low performance is addressed through various tools and processes. - Evaluate and interpret gaps in skill capabilities and development for your business unit to create solutions tha...
