PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Responsibilities: - Process weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time - Review and verify timesheets, manhour reports, and payroll adjustments - Maintain payroll records and employee information - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations - Handle payroll-related questions from employees professionally and timely - Assist with onboarding, employee changes, and terminations in payroll systems - Reconcile payroll reports and deductions - Coordinate with HR and accounting departments as needed Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle confidential information professionally - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of multi-state payroll is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunit...
