About the role: The MCE Lead directs and performs major component exchanges on wind turbines while leading field crews to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This role combines the technical expertise of MCE Levels I–III with added responsibilities for crew leadership, planning, and site coordination. Core Responsibilities: · Lead a team in performing turbine component exchanges (gearboxes, generators, blades, pitch bearings, hubs, etc.). · Serve as on-site lead, ensuring safety, task allocation, and job flow. · Execute heavy rigging, crane calling, generator alignments, LOTO, and up-tower leadership. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issu...
