As a Field Services Manager, you will be involved in providing oversight, instruction, and assistance to maintenance staff to better accomplish the overall mission of the field service division, you will also work alongside community managers, their boards and homeowners to grow revenues within the department. WORK ENVIRONMENT: - 30% office and 70% outdoors in all weather conditions. May involve potential exposure to hazards including chemicals. - Environment changes from location to location depending on weather, building type and required exposures.
