Communications Intern – ING Analytics

The Role We are looking for a Communications Intern to support ING Analytics’ internal communications, with a strong focus on Copilot adoption and AI related topics. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex subjects into clear, practical messages and supporting day-to-day communication activities. You will work closely with the ING Analytics communications and Copilot adoption teams on ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Communications Support: - Support internal communications for ING Analytics - Draft and edit content for emails, intranet posts, newsletters, and Teams updates Copilot Rollout & Adoption Campaigns: - Support Copilot adoption communications (announcements, tips & tricks, FAQs, updates, learning activities, and training related announcements) - Translate AI and analytics topics into clear, structured messages with the aim of driving adoption across the organization Content & Coordination: - Support content planning and communication calendars - Collect input from stakeholders and turn it into concise communication materials - Keep communication materials up to date and consistent Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Communications...
