This is a TEMPORARY position, only open for internal candidates . Shifts from this position will be awarded in order of seniority and added to the winning bidder’s existing schedule. Awarded shifts may not incur overtime. Job Summary : Maintains accurate computerized scheduling system. Implements union contract and Hospital regulations when staffing open positions Requirements :High school graduate. Associate degree in secretarial field preferred Training and Experience: Computer expertise required and prior scheduling experience preferred Special Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and perform capably in a pleasant manner under stress in a busy office.
