Job Description: Talent Consultants are responsible for leading and executing the enterprise and business line talent strategies by leveraging recruiting, talent, learning and development, retention, engagement and organizational development strategies. Consults with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, serves as talent coaches to senior leader, acts as a culture champion with a focus on inclusion, and aids the business through advanced people analytics.
