ROLE: - Be an Ambassador for the GUERLAIN brand, its history, values and know-how - Oversee the Spa Reception and retail areas demonstrating a high level of professionalism and report to Spa director CONTRIBUTIONS & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a support for the spa day to day operation - Embody the brand’s history and values and share your enthusiasm with customers - Welcome Guests and Clients upon arrival, obtain or receive merchandise, total bill, accept cash and credit payments, and make change for customers. - Build a lasting relationship with customers, secure their loyalty - Check appointments daily, weekly to meet...
