About Lean In & SGBFF The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. Through community, research-based content, and programs, we help women and allies build the skills, confidence, and networks they need to reach their full potential. We believe a more equal world is possible — and that it will take all of us working together to create it. About Lean In Girls: At Lean In Girls, we start early – because confidence gaps start early. By middle school, many girls are already holding back. We’re working to change that with a research-backed program that builds confidence, leadership skills, and community. We are growing quickly – and we need someone who can help us scale our impact. The Role: This is a builder role.
