Conducts routine inspections. Maintains inventory through planning and purchasing, and responds to work requests in a timely manner in a Total Maintenance System (TMS). Supervises inmate workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the facility. May respond to emergency callbacks for service on a rotating basis. May assist in other areas of Building and Grounds department, including preventative maintenance, construction projects, equipment repair, electrical, welding, carpentry, electronics, or outside maintenance. Minimum Qualifications: Working knowledge of the installation, repair, and maintenance practices for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
