Program Manager – Indirect Procurement

Position Summary This role will be on-site hybrid at our Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI office. The Program Manager will lead projects across Indirect Procurement, supply chain and operations optimization, and procurement synergy initiatives. The Program Manager will oversee cross‑functional activities throughout each project’s lifecycle. The ideal candidate is self‑driven, able to manage multiple priorities, and a strong problem solver who applies practical judgment and common‑sense solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Indirect Sourcing, this role will have a primary focus on Indirect Procurement categories, including but not limited to Travel and Fleet. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a blend of Project Management and Procurement‑focused initiatives across the enterprise. - Partner with Indirect Category Managers to define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and communication with all impacted stakeholders. - Identify and manage changes to project scope, balancing constraints and communicating impacts to budget and schedule to leadership. - Recognize emerging issues—technical or otherwise—that may affect project performance a...
