Company: Marsh Description: The IT Support Analyst - Hybrid role is an entry-level individual contributor position, ideal for candidates with higher education and a genuine passion for IT. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be IT literate and eager to develop their professional skills under the guidance of a manager and experienced team members. The role requires supporting global business colleagues through a hybrid support model that operates across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on demand across these channels and evolving business needs. Candidates should be adaptable and prepared to work on whichever channel requires support at any given time, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to progressing their IT career.
