Position Summary The Site Lead is a fully on-site leadership role based in a warehouse—remote work is not available. The Dallas Distribution Hub Site Lead will oversee the entire warehouse operations, including daily operations, managing staff, control inventory, and ensure compliance and safety protocols are followed within ICU Medical’s largest distribution hub. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of ICU Medical’s finished goods to domestic and international customers, as well as other warehouses in our global distribution network. This involves coordinating staff and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance within a heavily regulated industry. The role demands strategic vision, a strong desire to optimize and improve performance, and a willingness to perform hands-on execution. This role reports to the Director, Warehousing and Transportation and will oversee a team of 100-150 individuals.
