Position Overview: The successful candidate will assist the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager with new membership sales, studio operations/ cleaning, and membership retention. Our sales and service advisors provide superior customer service making every visit a memorable experience while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and handling merchandise purchases. In addition to strong customer service skills, he or she must have knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service.
