Employee Relations Specialist – Grandir UK At Grandir UK, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team, playing a key role in fostering a positive, fair and inclusive working environment across our nurseries and support functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Employee Relations professional to lead on complex employee relations matters, provide expert guidance to managers, and help shape people practices that support both our colleagues and the children and families we serve. You will promote a culture of consistency, trust and best practice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of complex employee relations matters from initial assessment through to resolution, including disciplinary issues, grievances, investigations and high-risk or safeguarding-related cases. - Provide oversight and guidance for employee relations casework managed by HR Advisors and Employee Relations Specialists. - Lead on cases progressing to employment tribunal stage, guiding the business through each step of the...
