First Merchants Bank is seeking a Wealth Banking Administrator to join our team! This position will provide administrative support to Private Wealth Banking client facing employees (officers). As needed, may offer administrative support to related PWA lines of business. As part of this role, you will: deposits/withdrawals, wire transfers, etc. - Provide administrative support for assigned Private Bankers and Non-Profit Bankers in the administration of accounts within the limits of authority. - Ensure all credit applications/requests are supported with appropriate information and meet the standard requirements as defined in the bank's policies and processes. - Assist the assigned officers to ensure compliance with Regulation B. - Manage the disbursement of loan proceeds and fee collection with accuracy, ensuring all actions are consistent with the executed loan documents and regulatory standards - Maintain appropriate working knowledge of all Private Wealth Banking deposit products and services. - Responsible for coordination, opening, closing, and maintenance of deposit accounts and related services. - Facilitate and Monitor the Private Wealth Banking commercial and consumer loans...
