Performance Marketing Executive Location: Basingstoke Support Office (Hybrid) Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract: Full-time Grandir UK is seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the digital funnel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams, you will deliver insight-led campaigns that support business growth and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media and Campaign Management: - Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms - Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing - Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximise return on investment Remarketing and Audience Strategy: - Develop and deliver full-funnel remarketing campaigns - Build and refine audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle stage - Test new channels and approaches to increase reach and engagement CRM and Marketing Automation: - Build and optimise automat...
