BRIDGE/STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT

Branch’s Civil Division is searching for a Bridge/Structural Superintendent to provide overall on-site leadership and management on a construction project in relation to bridge work. The Structural Superintendent is considered the Company's representative and main point of contact for all work relating to the bridges on a project. The position is responsible for the flow of communication between the client's on-site representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, craft employees, and Company personnel. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises on-site bridge work functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. Essential Functions: Builds project in accordance with all plans and specifications, examining blueprints to determine dimensions of structure. Determines sequence of activities concerned with fabrication, assembly, and erection of structure. Analyze condition of bridge structure.
