Location: Montreal (Plateau – 2 Store Locations) Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week, including weekends) About Us: We are a fast-growing Montreal-based retail operation specializing in thrift, vintage, and second-hand goods. Our stores receive a constant flow of unique inventory from furniture and décor to clothing, art, and collectibles. This is a dynamic, high-volume environment where organization, speed, and execution matter. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to oversee operations across two Plateau locations. This is not a passive management role, it requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive both team performance and sales results in a constantly changing inventory environment.
