This is not an employed position and offers work between 1 and 3 days a week. You will be responsible for delivering non accredited food safety audits for the Retail Team in your region of work. You will need: Training will be offered for these specific audits. You will deliver high quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner - A minimum of a relevant 3rd Level Qualification (levels 6 to 10 in the National Framework of Qualifications) - Relevant courses include sciences, food technology or environmental health. - 3 years experiance in retail auditing.
