POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE : Shipping Supervisor: EFFECTIVE DATE: 2026: LOCATION : Canonsburg, PA: STATUS : Exempt ______________________________________________________________________________ POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Shipping Supervisor oversees all shipping, receiving, and storage operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products, including small parts and transformers. This role is responsible for managing staff, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing productivity in the shipping and warehouse operations. The manager will also play a critical role in facilitating rigging operations and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. This position also acts as a liaison between production, departments upstream and downstream, and the Administrative Staff. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent has the responsibility to execute schedules based on management requirements.
