JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the asset management of a diverse real estate portfolio across the UK and Ireland, with accountability for driving performance and delivering value in line with investment objectives. Initial focus areas include London Office, Logistics, Residential, Student Housing, Hospitality, and Senior Living. The candidate will utilise market insight and sector knowledge to develop and implement strategic asset management plans, optimise returns and manage risk. The position requires an analytical, data driven approach to decision making, and an ability to manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure effective execution.
